WHY JUDO
The Martial Art That Teaches You to Fall and Make Others Fall.
Judo is the art of off-balancing. You learn to disrupt your opponent's posture, take them off their feet safely, and control them on the way down.
It is the cleanest path into grappling for kids and adults. It teaches body awareness, falling safely, and respect for training partners. Judo practitioners are among the most coordinated athletes on any mat.

Judo Starts at Seven.
Judo is one of the few martial arts with a real youth program built into the curriculum. Kids seven and up learn technique, falling safely, and partnered practice under supervision.
Adults train in the same class structure with heavier resistance. Everyone shares the mat. Everyone learns the same art.
What a Judo Class Looks Like
Four stages. Every class. Beginner to advanced.
01
Warm-Up
Falling practice, the most important skill in Judo. You learn how to land safely before you learn how to throw.
02
Technique
A specific throw, sweep, or grip break, broken down step by step. Drilled with a partner at low resistance first.
03
Situational Drills
Applying the technique against progressively harder resistance. Same drill, more realistic conditions.
04
Randori
Live practice. Full rounds of Judo sparring. Safe, supervised, timed. This is where the technique becomes real.

STANDING MARTIAL ART
Jiu-Jitsu Starts on the Ground. Judo Starts Standing.
Most grappling schools teach you what to do after the fight hits the mat. Judo teaches you what to do before that happens.
For students who cross-train in jiu-jitsu, Judo fills the biggest gap in the average BJJ game. For standalone students, Judo is a complete art on its own. Either way, you come out stronger on your feet.
